The place was amazing. The best fried clams ever. Will be returning.

Best fried seafood in the area within 50 miles. Fried clams have light coating and small bellies. Onion rings cut thin with very lite batter golden brown and not greasy .

The food was very good. We had a seafood plate. The restaurant was a little dirty though. Still worth the price paid.

Reading the reviews and I was very much looking forward to coming here. Well my wife ordered French Toast and they used stale hamburger buns for the bread, which in turn got very soggy as it absorbed the syrup. I got the Classic American Breakfast. It was okay nothing I couldn’t do at home. I go out to get a better meal than I could do at home. Service was great that’s why 2 stars.

Great food, we always get the Bar pizza one of the best in the region, the onion rings sauce is an absolute must. The drinks are great and at a price nearly as cheap as drinking at home.

It was good, pizza was different than the usual places, fish and chips were good...could have been more crispy and the burger with the corned beef on top was a standout!!

I went here with my wife, our waitresses name was nicole. She was very nice and kind. I give 5 stars because the food never changes taste and when my wife dropped her drink they gave her a brand new one at no cost. Thank you so much Red Wing the food was great once again. You never cease to amaze me.

I have tried this place a few times. Mostly always pick up for myself and co-workers. The food is decent and prices are average. Today I tried the Stuffed Clams, it was not good at all. I dont know if it was not cooked fully but it looked raw and had a texture as a thick cake mix. I had plenty of Stuffed Clams in many different restaurants and never been like that. When baked it should have the bread a bit toasted on top. I would not recommend it. Also the calamari was a good option either. It's not freshly made.

Fried whole clams were light, fresh so tasty. Cole Slaw was perfect ,fries were light and crispy.

My Grandparents and my Parents used to take us here almost 50 years ago.. looks the same on the outside and a different paint color on the inside. But the food and the memories are the same as I remember. In a time where restaurants seem to come and go this place has stood the test of time. That says a lot about the character of this place. We started with the Irish Nachos... Really good... Then a Thanksgiving Turkey wrap and daily special Tuna wrap... Both were exceptional... Sorry I lost some of the pics I took ... Oh well I guess I'll have to go back again.

Nice little place. Calamari, haddock sandwich & fried clams were delish!!! Love the fries too! Waitress could not have been more pleasant and helpful! Will be back for sure!

Great place for home style cooking. Today I had baked haddock with bread crumb topping, green beans and red bliss mashed potatoes (made without milk or cream) made to perfection. Fresh, flavorful and more then I could eat. Lisa was our server and was experienced and gracious too. She's been there for 22 years and Red Wing Diner has been there since 1931.

Tuesday's are our day to go for the best soup of the day - lobster bisque. The scallops are amazing no matter how you order them, broiled, baked fried or on a bed of risotto and the mashed potatoes remind me of home.

Fried clams and shrimp are a special, very tasty though not great for the waistline.

Went there for the first time and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was pleasant including the waits staff. The fish and chips was delicious and seasoned well. Will definately visit again. Should of taken a picture of my food but loved this sign by the bar.

Excellent seafood great service won't miss eating here everytime I'm in the Boston area.

Red Wing Diner is a down to earth, unassuming place with the best fried whole belly clams anywhere. The onion rings are also incredible. I don't know what kind of oil they use but it is so very light and the food is delicious! Highly recommended. The service is outstanding. We had a party of seven people and our waitress must have had a photographic memory. She got everything right down to the smallest of details and she did not even have a notepad. I will be back!

I had the broiled haddock and clam chowder! Absolutely incredible!

Antipasto was ok, seafood platter was good especially the scallops. Too many French fries and onion rings. Coleslaw was good.

You know what you're getting at the Red Wing: greasy food and lots of it. My friends like the fish and chips and the scallops, I like the onion rings, fried in batter, not breaded, as is proper. Their pizza is very good as well, in the New England tradition of a slightly puffy crust. Service is friendly, the place is real, they're happy if you come in by yourself or with a group of ten. If you're in the mood for fried food, there's no place like the Red Wing.

The Red Wing Diner never disappoints. The food is always great and the prices remain family friendly.

Good ole diner!! Friendly courteous service. Top notch stick to your bones comfort food as what a diner should deliver. Can't believe how much seafood was in the seafood chowda!! Although I think potatoes might have been in it too...lol. Can't say enough about the turkey dinner.....sooo good! Can't wait to come back to try their legendary fried clams!

Soooooo many times!I've been here an uncounted amount of times, and my parents have been coming here many years before that. Although the pizza is great I can't stop ordering the clam strips. They are fresh and crispy and you can tell the kitchen changes the oil often. Although they address great warm, I'm a weirdo and love them cold almost as much as I do warn. 4 out of 5 stars because I don't enjoy the bathroom.

I love how the one star reviewers only have two reviews. Skip past them and eat here. The portions are more than generous and the food is great. The only disappoint is the oysters are no longer on the menu. I've been coming here since I was knee high to a grasshopper and have never been disappointed.

I like this restaurant! They serve high class dishes, their menu is nice, The cook in that spot is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh, the service towards the customers is friendly. I often go to this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.

Great place for seafood dinners..

Went with a group of women from work on a Friday night. Didn't need a reservation and we were seated right away. Used to need reservations or had to wait in line but not anymore. The food is just as good but I think competition from Patriot Place may have made their numbers dwindle a little. Great for us. We had excellent service. Great wait staff. Food came out quickly. Seafood is market price, so it was a little pricey, but worth it. Large portions and always leftovers. Rest of the menu is super reasonable. They are very accommodating. You can split and share plates. The adult drinks were very generous and the beverage specials were delicious. The waitress was very attentive so we needed nothing and she even took a photo of us with our phone.

We ordered the Fisherman platter. It was so much food, definitely enough for 3 adults or maybe even 4! Everything was delicious. If you crave fried seafood, try this place, you’ll be happy with it. Staff was very friendly which is always nice to see.

Would certainly recommend trying this spot. Excellent atmosphere, fresh dishes, fantastic customer service. They never disappoint.

Had a pretty good breakfast here the other day with a friend. Food came out very quickly after being ordered. I was pleased with the service and prices offered. Coffee was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely be back for breakfast in the future

Grew up in Foxboro, with a family of 15 the red wing was a special treat.Once I got my first car I was there every Friday night for fisherman platter.,Went last Thursday with some friends and I was Not disappointed huge portions phenomenal food and great staff can't wait to go back again

A divey spot with not so divey food, huge fried platters of fresh seafood or pizza and cheap drinks, you can't go wrong with any option here.
